Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We value our clients and respect their time.

Please keep in mind last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times and inconvenience other guests who are unable to reserve services. Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review and respect our cancellation policy.

**DUE TO COVID-19: the CANCELLATION POLICY for Table Massage has changed from 24-hour to a 2-hour NOTICE**

Should you feel unwell, please notify us as soon as possible.


*TABLE MASSAGE:  cancellations of appointment will be assessed a $50 fee should you be unable to provide a 24-HOUR NOTICE. However, if the massage therapist arrives at your home and you are not home or unable to complete your massage session for any reason, you will be charged the full price for your session.


*CHAIR MASSAGE: cancellations of appointments will be charged full price of the reserved service should you be unable to provide a 1 HOUR NOTICE. Cancellations with less than 1 hour of the scheduled service are non-cancellable and are charged at full value. 


As customary to our industry we reserve the right to deny service.
